Shipping and Cancellation Policies

We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time. Please note our shipping policy as follows:

  • We ship on all week days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.
  • To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies.
    We currently deliver to all major cities across India.
  • Once shipped, tracking number will be shared with you along with the Shipping Method.
  • You may track the shipping status of your order on our website, by clicking Track Your Order.
  • Your shipping costs will vary depending on the weight of your total order. Shipping and Postage charges are calculated and added during the checkout.
  • Our aim is to deliver you the product in best of its conditions and hence we package the product with proper packaging materials that can prevent it from getting damaged.
  • Any product that is damaged beyond extend of use will be replaced, please see our Returns Policy for the same.
  • We also understand that shipping may result into small scratches and dents. Specifically in CD covers and cases. Our aim is not to let this happen, but it happens please write to us with photograph of the damaged case, we will try to replace your case / covers with a new one.
  • While we shall endeavor to ship all merchandise in your order together, this may not always be possible due to merchandise characteristics, or availability.

If you believe that the merchandise is not in a good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the merchandise, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our Customer Care or mail us at admin@globalchristianstore.com, mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

Duty Charges on International shipping : We do not charge Duty import taxes. Your nation’s customs authorities may charge duty/vat taxes on your order. In such a case, it is your responsibility to pay all charges. In the case that you fail to pay them, customs may attempt to collect these charges from us, upon which time, we will then charge your credit card upon receiving a bill from customs. Customers are responsible for shipping charges upon refusal of all packages.

Order Verification : We reserve the right to refuse any shipments that our security team deems to be a risk of fraud.
