Refunds and Returns
Our Refund or Return and Exchange Policy for any of our online purchase will be under the following guidelines:
Refund or Return and Exchange of products on damage should be intimated within 2 days from the date of delivery. The product will be replaced only if it’s damaged or on occurrence of wrong product dispatched from our end. A copy of the purchase order, the invoice and the payment details should be available. The products should be unused, intact and in their original packing (labels, tags, boxes, plastic wrap).
Any returns/exchanges at GLOBALCHRISTIANSTORE.COM, must be accompanied by the original sale invoice, which is shipped along with the merchandise. We will not be able to accept returns which are not accompanied by the relevant original sales invoice. – Before accepting delivery of any merchandise, please ensure that the packaging has not been damaged or tampered with. If you believe that the merchandise is not in a good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the merchandise, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and email us at admin@GLOBALCHRISTIANSTORE.COM mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest. If a product is damaged or doesn’t match the customer description, we will be happy to replace it. If we don’t have a replacement in stock, refund of cash will be processed. Refunds are typically done on a case-by-case manner. Please note that we shall not be responsible for any delays in credit to the Cardholder’s credit card account as that is managed by the Cardholder’s issuing bank.
We will initiate the refund or exchange process for any online purchases under following general guidelines…
1) You should intimate us within 3 days of receiving the product(s)
2) You should be in a position to provide the proof of purchase.
3) The product should not be used.
4) The product is returned in its original packaging and in good condition.
5) Product will be replaced if the product is damaged or faulty or if it is the wrong item that was sent. If the same product is not available in stock, you have the choice of selecting other product of same value.
6) Products will not be exchanged or refunded if ordered wrongly. Customers are requested to check before placing an order.
Refunds are typically done on a case-by-case manner.
Returns after the allowed time will not be processed.

All returns must be shipped to the same address mentioned in the packaging cover.
