If you believe that the merchandise is not in a good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the merchandise, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our Customer Care or mail us at admin@globalchristianstore.com, mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
Duty Charges on International shipping : We do not charge Duty import taxes. Your nation’s customs authorities may charge duty/vat taxes on your order. In such a case, it is your responsibility to pay all charges. In the case that you fail to pay them, customs may attempt to collect these charges from us, upon which time, we will then charge your credit card upon receiving a bill from customs. Customers are responsible for shipping charges upon refusal of all packages.
